Vend 的 Dominic Scheirlinck 和 Scott Geary 報告，lighttpd web 伺服器中有一個不安全的行為。Lighttpd 將用戶端要求中的代理伺服器標頭值指派至內部的 HTTP_PROXY 環境變數。可藉此發動攔截式攻擊 (MIDM) 或建立任意主機連線。針對 Debian 7「Wheezy」，此問題已於 1.4.31-4+deb7u5 版中修正。
