CVE-2013-5651：修正 virBitmapParse 以避免超出陣列邊界存取 (拒絕服務/當機)。
也已修正下列錯誤：
- nwfilter：對反轉 ctdir 的檢查。bnc#810611
- 在 systemd libvirtd 服務檔案中新增 xencommons 作為 'Wanted'。bnc#820888
