若客戶選擇繼續部署 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 產品項目，根據有效的 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 訂閱規則，其將可持續透過 Red Hat Network (RHN) 存取下列內容：
- 先前發佈的錯誤修正、安全性錯字勘誤表和產品增強功能。- 可從 Red Hat 客戶入口網站取得的 Red Hat 知識庫及其他內容 (白皮書、參照架構等等)。- 所有 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 文件。
強烈建議客戶善用有效 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 訂閱的升級權益，並移轉至有效的 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 版本，例如版本 5 或 6。
若客戶無法在 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 終止支援前完成移轉，且需要軟體維護和/或技術支援，Red Hat 提供選購的延長支援服務「Extended Life-cycle Support (ELS) 附加元件訂閱」。ELS 訂閱針對 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 提供最多額外三年的有限軟體維護 (生產階段 3)，含不受限的技術支援、重要安全性公告 (RHSA) 和精選的迫切優先順序錯誤公告 (RHBA)。如需詳細資訊，請連絡您的 Red Hat 銷售代表或管道合作夥伴。
