據發現，若兩個不同 Cookie (Web 內容) 用於相同網域名稱，但其中一個網域名稱結尾有「.」字元，Thunderbird 可將其視為可以互換。此舉違反同源原則，而可能造成資料遭洩漏至錯誤的網域。(CVE-2011-2362)

所有 Thunderbird 使用者都應該升級至此更新套件，該套件可解決這些問題。Thunderbird 的所有執行中執行個體都必須重新啟動，更新才能生效。

解決方案

更新受影響的 thunderbird 和/或 thunderbird-debuginfo 套件。
