  - Apache HTTP Server mod_heartmonitor 透過單播接聽程式存在 NULL 指標解除參照弱點。此問題會影響 Apache HTTP Server 2.4.0 至 2.4.68（含）版。(CVE-2026-46729)

  - Apache HTTP Server mod_charset_lite 中存在超出邊界寫入弱點。此問題會影響 Apache HTTP Server 2.4.0 至 2.4.68（含）版。(CVE-2026-56153)

  - Apache HTTP Server 的 mod_rewrite 在使用 lookahead (%{LA-U:HTTP:...}) 時存在釋放後使用弱點。此問題會影響 Apache HTTP Server：2.4.0 至 2.4.68 版本。(CVE-2026-56154)

  - 在 Apache Software Foundation Apache HTTP Server (版本 2.4.68 及更早版本，適用於所有平台) 的 mod_vhost_alias 模組中存在基於堆疊的緩衝區溢位漏洞。當 VirtualDocumentRoot 使用主機名稱格式說明符且 LimitRequestFieldSize 設定高於預設值時，遠端用戶端會傳送包含超過 8192 位元組 Host 頭的 HTTP 請求，即可導致拒絕服務或潛在的任意程式碼執行。建議使用者升級至 2.4.69 版，即可修正此問題。(CVE-2026-63292)
