這會在 tcp_syncookies=0 時在幾秒鐘內重現，少數執行緒對本機接聽程式執行 connect（）/close（），而其他執行緒則在緊密迴圈中讀取 iter/tcp 連結。使用 refcount_inc_not_zero（） 並在失敗時跳過通訊端。跳過的通訊端仍然是儲存貯體的一部分，因此請繼續將其計入預期值。重新配置的大小與預期不同，而且當鎖定在最後一個 realloc 上保留時，其參照計數會發佈的要求 sock 必須已經有空間。略過的通訊端會計入預期，但永遠不會批次處理，因此end_sk實際完成的批次上可能會低於預期。根據步行是否留下任何插座來決定完整性。鎖定 realloc 之後的 WARN 會進行相同的檢查，取代end_sk自提交 cdec67a489d4 （bpf：
tcp：確保 iter->batch 一律包含完整的儲存貯體快照）。如果儲存貯體中每個相符的通訊端都是中間初始化 （refcount 0），則end_sk會維持 0。前進到下一個儲存貯體，而不是傳回本輪從未填滿的批次項目。（CVE-2026-74714）
