Linux/Unix 主機上安裝了一個或多個受到弱點影響的套件，且供應商未提供可用的修補程式。- go-git 是以純 Go 撰寫的可延伸 git 實作程式庫。在 5.0.0 版到 5.17.1版之前的 版中發現一個弱點其中惡意特製的 .idx 檔案可造成非對稱記憶體消耗進而可能耗盡可用記憶體並導致拒絕服務 (DoS) 情形。惡意利用需要有本機存放庫的 .git 目錄的寫入存取權才能建立或改變現有的 .idx 檔案。此問題已在 5.17.1 版中修正。
